Bored

I've been sitting in the car right in front of the house for over an hour now. Ollie is sleeping and I plan to stay here until he wakes up. I've already played on Facebook, had a snack of cheerios and peanut butter that I found on the diaper bag, and balanced my checkbook. I thought I go ahead and blog too while I have time.
I start my new job tomorrow! I'm nervous and excited at the same time. It's going to be a big change for everyone. I hope Ollie doesn't miss me too much.
I also have been working out and eating better for about 2 months now and I'm finally seeing physical results. In the words of Cale, my belly is getting shorter. Haha. I enjoy looking at myself in the mirror now which is a good feeling. I hope to wear a bikini next summer!

Mt. Gilead

Cale went on a field trip with his class to a one room schoolhouse called Mt.Gilead. The kids were asked to dress up like they were from the 1800's and even bring a lunch in a pail or basket. It was really hard making a lunch without using baggies! He had a good time and his whole class looked adorable!

Handsome

Mason was a groomsman in his friend Drews wedding. He looked really handsome in his tux. Terrie watched Ollie, and Cale was with his dad so I got to enjoy the wedding kid free! The couple wrote their own vows and when Drew said his, there wasn't a dry eye in the house! It was a great ceremony and I'm glad we got to be a part of it.

Blood moon

Mason and I had a chance to check out the full lunar eclipse of the super moon. I guess it only happens once every 33 years. It really wasn't too exciting but it was pretty to look at. I got a couple really bad pictures, haha.

Visit with mom

I went to mom's house for a visit and got to check out her new deck. It was really relaxing. I didn't take any pictures of it. I did take a few inside the house though. I love hanging out with my mom. She's always making me laugh about something plus she's got a bunch of delicious food in the kitchen!

End of birthday week

Cale had his last birthday celebration today at the park. This was his party for his friends. There were lots of snacks and Denver Bronco colored cupcakes. The blue frosting was a bit hit! It was the perfect day to spend time with friends at the park. He got a ton of books, a football and some board games! Everyone had a great time.
