Venting

Patrick has the weakest stomach ever! He almost gags at the word poop. Anyway, today he calls me at work and says, "I got sick in Cale's room." What the crap?! He cleaned it up but upon further inspection, I find puke on my glider. Disgusting! This isn't the first time he puked because of a dirty diaper. He puked another time all over the bathroom. I have never known a grown man that waits to the last second to puke and never makes it to the bathroom. Even a little kid can make it! Change Cale in the bathroom if you have to! I am tired of finding little food bits stuck to my cabinets and my chair! AHHHHHH! Thanks for letting me vent....

New Pictures

So here's the newest pictures of Cale. We got him the baby walker for 5 bucks off Craigslist. He can touch his feet on the ground but he doesn't go anywhere. I give it another month or two and he will be everywhere! He is starting to teethe and he should be able to roll over in about a month. He kinda rocks back and forth on his belly. Thats it for now, time for bed!

I am FIRST!!!

I am posting this because I think my sister wants to be the one who has the most recent post....this will show her!

Holidays

So, the holidays were fun. Cale got alot of winter outfits...which he needed. He has a ton of clothes but most of them are shorts and short sleeves. We had a wonderful Christmas dinner at my house on Christmas Eve. Then we hosted another dinner on the Saturday after Christmas. It was alot of fun too! New Years was pretty uneventful. Patrick was in bed by 9:30 and I was in bed by 10:30. The best way to start off the new year, is with some sleep! I had to work new years day.
Cale laughed yesterday! It was so funny! I have no idea what he was laughing at, but he had me rolling! I had tears running down my cheeks. He is getting bigger everyday. We bought him a walker for $5 off Craigslist. We put him in it on New Years and his feet didn't touch the floor. Then I put him in it yesterday and his feet touched! I was amazed. He doesn't quite get the concept of it yet. He has his next doctors appointment in Feb. along with some home visits from the Children's Institute of the Blind and Vision Impaired. They are supposed to come over and show us things to do to help him use his vision better. Centain toys to play with and stuff. At least I think that is what they are going to do. Then, we have a visit to their office at Children's Mercy about a week later. And another opthalmalagist appointment is scheduled in Feb. We are going to be very busy! It should be for the better though, I don't take him enough places. Usually, I hardly leave the house with him. I have to think....do I really want to go....is it worth the hassle.....can it wait until later....
I have to get ready for work now
