Awesomeness!

I never did tell about my trip back from Denver....it was awful! All the way through security, Cale was great. When we got on the elevator to go down to the train...that's when it all started. He screamed bloody murder! He didn't stop until we got on the train. He enjoys the movement and the flashing lights. After we got off the train, the screaming began again until takeoff. I was soooo stressed! It sucked really bad! The flight attendant at the front of the plane asked if she could hold on to Cale while I put our stuff away. I said, "Absoultly!" When I realized I couldn't get back up to the front of the plane to get him (people were still boarding and I was all the way in the back of the plane) I told another flight attendant my problem. She called to the front of the plane and they actually stopped boarding and the pilot carried my still screaming son to me. I forgot to mention, while I was putting our stuff away, the pilot was making funny announcments like, "Don't worry folks, he will be riding in the cockpit with us." They were so, so, so nice. I have never been treated like that by an airline before, but it felt so nice! I am glad Patrick works for such an awesome airline!!
With that long story out of the way, I have some other exciting news!! I am PREGNANT!!

Just kidding!!!

Cale started clapping! It looks so cute and he does it all the time! He is almost crawling...I bet by the end of June he will be cruising around. He also is getting really good at pulling himself up on stuff. I don't think he will crawl very long. He likes to walk but is still very wobbley, and of course, you still have to hold his hands.
I posted some new videos on youtube again. I hope you like them.

Still no teeth yet....

Denver Scramble

So, I went to Denver today to visit my brother for his birthday. I got in at about 7 this morning. Dillon was still asleep when we arrived at his house but he was very happy and excited to see us once he woke up. He had no idea Cale and I were coming so it really was a surprise. We didn't do a whole lot today, ate breakfast, took naps, ate dinner, and I am about to go to bed. Tomorrow we will probably go have breakfast then who knows...the day is open. I do have to leave tomorrow at around 4. I will post pictures once I get home...I have some funny videos too!

A prayer

Caden James Thomas 01/20/09- 05/03/09

I was at work today and got a text message from a friend of mine saying that our co-worker Robyn had lost her 3 month old grandson yesterday. My heart aches for her and her daughter like it has never ached before. I can't stop thinking about it and even while I am writing this blog, I am crying. I can't even begin to feel their pain and I hope I never have to. I will cherish everyday I have with my son and the rest of my family. I ask that everyone pray for Robyn and her family as they go though this tragedy. We are so lucky to have loving people in our lives, and I hope Robyn and her family have lots of love and support.
