Today I had to tell Ollie to quit chewing on the chair.

Time to go!

This morning we were walking out the door to the bus stop and I had to grab something inside. I told cale to wait for me in the driveway and this is what I found when I came out! Too cute! He's getting really good at reading. The other pics are of the boys watching cartoons before school and me and ollie walking home from the bus stop.

Story time!

I took the boys downtown to a traveling exhibit called Storyland. The makers took 7 children's books and "brought them to life" with interactive models. The books were: If you give a mouse a cookie, Abuela,  The tale of Peter rabbit, The snowy Day, Where's spot, Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, and Tuesday. Ollie slept in the carrier most of the time but Cale had a blast! Afterward we went out for ice-cream.

Chillin

Here's just a few photos of Ollie hanging out.

Party!

Cale's friend Will had a birthday on Thursday and he celebrated at the local Drive-in. The kids watched Fantastic 4 and then Cale slept over at Will's house. They had a lot of fun, and it was Cale's first time at the drive-in.

Camping

We took a last minute camping trip recently. I hadn't been camping in ages and Cale had never been. So Mason took a day off work and we went! It was fun but it was crazy hot! There was a pond that we could go swimming in, it felt awesome. Mason made hot dogs for dinner and of course we had smores for dessert. Our campsite was right next to a swingset. Cale got a lot of playing done there. Ollie didn't seem to mind the heat, he loves being outside. In the morning, we realized our tent was covered in huge clumps of daddy long legs! It was disgusting! I don't think I slept at all that night but I love making memories!

Uncle pickle

The babies love sharing Popcicles with their uncle!

July 4th

We celebrated the 4th twice this year. First we went and watched fireworks near our house with some of Mason's family. The weather was perfect and the show was pretty nice! Then, we went to Oklahoma. I love spending time with Dee and Greg and all my other family. Ollie didn't really care for the fireworks. It was raining a lot for a few weeks and it rained a few days after the 4th when we went to my Aunt Kristy's house. There was a river running through her yard so naturally we let the kids play in it.
